Whitewater Rafting.

Ten of us headed to Glenwood Springs and braved the raging Colorado River. We went down the Shoshone rapids which included several class III rapids.. Baptism, Tuttle's Tumble, Tombstone, The Wall, and Maneater. The weather was great except for the last twenty minutes when it started to rain and we went past the Roaring Fork River and water temperature dropped about 20 degrees. I think Resa's lips turned blue. It was alot of fun and would definately go back, except next time a few of us want to do some class IV or V rapids. I think I would like to go down the Numbers run which is on the Arkansas River. Nevermind the fact that two people died this year on it. Of course if you look at the statistics, it's safer than driving a car and we all spent many hours on I70 to get there.
